Aromatherapy is ...

a natural, non-invasive, and holistic treatment form using Essential Oils

Picture
In aromatherapy, a single scent (aroma) or a combination of scents is used to bring forth a desired response from our body and mind. The response could be either that of feeling well and relaxed (e.g. when anxious, afraid, stressed), or that of clarity with the ability to focus on a task (e.g. when studying, procrastinating), or in the support of letting go (e.g. loss of a loved one, relocation, divorce).

Essential Oils can be used from day-to-day issues to chronic illness and dis-ease (the "easiness" of functioning is gone). It also can be used to prevent or in support of a dis-ease.
