Shelf Life of an inhaler

Depending on usage, approximately 2 months or until the cotton inside the inhaler dries out.

How to use your inhaler

Cover one nostril and bring inhaler close to your nose, inhale deeply; then switch to the other nostril. Repeat.

A good way to reduce stress symptoms is to inhale to the count of 4 and prolong your exhale to the count of 6.

I invite you to close your eyes for just a few precious moments, inhale, and exhale... You may want to mentally think of a relaxing space such as sitting on the beach, under a tree, close to a waterfall, on the grass, in your bed, or on your sofa out on the porch ... whatever relaxing picture you can think of ... inhale ... on each exhale, scan your body, feel where tension is sitting and mentally allow yourself to let go of it. With each out-breath, you breathe out all the tension and everything that no longer serves you. Imagination is wanted here!

Remember to take a few moments to breathe consciously each day.

And please, do not share your inhaler with someone else, not even a close family member or friend!

I hope you enjoy your inhaler!
